I'm giving away 2 handmade items for my first giveaway. I'm hoping to soon open my own online shop soon, but until then, this will be the first official look at my RagBags. I have a huge stockpile of fabrics and materials. Because of this, I'm always looking for things to make out of them. I love to quilt, but have the attention span of a butterfly. Therefore, I like to make things that don't take a lot of time or effort. I'm still working on a quilt for my daughter that I started last summer. However, for this giveaway I've made a bag and a coin purse.
The bag can be slung over the shoulder and would be great for use as a craft bag (for knitting, crocheting, or needle work), or could be used as a small diaper bag-for those times when you just need to throw in a couple diapers, a bottle, and a few treats.
The coin purse is only 7 inches wide and would also work for use with small coupons or even as a place to carry a bit of cash, a few credit cards, and an ID card. Both items are handmade, with the pieces being cut by hand---no automatic cutting tools used here (can't afford them. LOL). And they both come complete with inner lining.
So now for the entries into this giveaway. I will be using Random.org to choose my winners and the first chosen will win the bag and the second chosen will receive the coin purse. In the event that the first chosen doesn't contact me within 48 hours, the second chosen will gain the #1 place and another name will be chose. Please leave a separate comment for each entry (1 entry=1 comment...3 entries=3 comments). This giveaway is open to people of the US only as I cannot send anything outside the US......yet. Hopefully in the future I will be able to offer this option and will hold another giveaway as a way to celebrate.
