Quiet Sunday

It's a quiet Sunday as well it should be. Now that Blogathon 2007 is over, most bloggers are probably sleeping. Though I wasn't one of the bloggers, I did what I could to support those who did.

Mike and Tish from BlogsWeLuv raised more than $300 for The Glaucoma Foundation. HomeMom3 raised $55 for Hope for the Warriors. These were personal charities for me as I've got a friend who suffers from glaucoma, and I've got a nephew in Iraq.

I was thrilled to find out that I was one of the winners at BlogsWeLuv, for the pewter polliwogs. These were donated by Polli of PolliwogsPond.com. I love a good contest, and even more so when it's for a good cause. I was also honored to have my 10 questions posted at BlogsWeLuv. I loved this idea, and got all excited when I got up this morning to see my questions and answers posted.

Another cool thing that happened yesterday was that I received an invitation to join Pownce. I've heard others talking about it over the past few weeks, and wasn't sure if it was something I'd use or not. However, I have joined and will see if it's worth it or not. Also, I have 6 invites to give away, so if anyone would like one, let me know. Everyone I thought of sending invites to have already joined, so it wouldn't do me much good.

There was a lot of productivity on the net yesterday, and I'm proud to say that in a round-about way, I was a part of it. I hope those that put their efforts into the Blogathon get some much needed sleep and that their fingers heal quickly.

looks like ya got a spammer. YOu can delete it, make sure you are signed in and click on comments. Now see the trash can? Click it, you can delete it. I learned about this recently.

Thanks so much for sponsoring me. I still haven't slept as family wanted to do things so when I have more time I'm going to give everyone a proper thank you.

Not no more. LOL

Yea, I've had to do that once before. Kills me how they think if they post it like their a friend or something that no one will notice. LOL

No problem on the sponsoring. Yours was a great cause and I was proud to be able to do it for you, and for them.

Enjoy your time with the family, but get some rest. I've only got 2 kids, and they wear me out. LOL

Have a great day.

Last night was incredible, amazing and extremely exhausting and I'm just crazy enough to do it all again next year...lol.

Thanks so much for showing up and lending your support to Tish and I. The support we received from all of our blogging friends new and old was overwhelming...in a very good way :)

I can barely even move my fingers today, but I'm trying to get around to thank as many people as I can remember :D

You are so welcome, Mike. I had as much fun as everyone else. Can't wait for next year.
