But, I wanted to get over here and post for this week's Follow Friday. I"ve missed the past 2 weeks, and then I got to do something that I was very proud of, my new blog design. First, let me talk about the Friday Follow. This is a great way to get your blog seen by hundreds of other bloggers. I've had a ball in the past through this and think it's one of the best ideas out there today. I have to give a shout out to the very cool ladies who put this little shin-dig on every week. Now, I have to say thank you to the awesome people here at Blogger.com. I got an email earlier today about the new Blogger Draft designer. I love my Blogger blog, but I've hated the bland templates since day one. Then they came out with this cool feature today and I had to give it a shot. So, what do you think. When I saw this quilt background in their list of backgrounds, I knew it was meant for me. After spending the past 2 weeks quilting my brains out, this told me that I had been doing the right thing.
Plus, I love adding new themes to my blogs every once in a while. The biggest problem is that I'm technically challenges. But this was way easy. And if I can do it, anyone can. I now have 3 columns instead of just 2, I've got a wicked cool background, and I can even change the color of my pages and header. I'm totally happy with this new feature and am thrilled that Blogger has finally added this.
So, you won't be seeing a scream and shout today, as this has turned out to be a pretty productive day.
